ITINERARY
- Camp time is 9:00am - 12:00pm.
- Arrive at the fields 1 hour prior to the camp start to check in.
- Please plan on arriving in Oregon July 20 to accommodate camp schedule.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
If an individual cancels after June 21, 2025 no refund will be given.
If an individual cancels before June 21, 2025 a 20% admin fee will be assessed
If an event does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an individual cancels after June 21, 2025 no refund will be given.
If an individual cancels before June 21, 2025 a 20% admin fee will be assessed
If an event does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
