LODGING INFORMATIONThe World Series is a 'Stay to Play' eventEVENT DETAILSThe 2024 summer marks the 27th year for the Triple Crown Fastpitch World Series, which has become the preferred championship event for hundreds of softball teams from around the country.
To keep it interesting for travel programs, the World Series is rotated between three alluring locations in the Western US. Ogden, UT offers high-altitude charm with warm days and cool nights; San Diego is a high-demand location packed with off-field fun and terrific softball facilities; and Reno/Sparks, NV is a lovely place to be in the summer, with beautiful surroundings easy to find along with good times for the grownups.
Event Format: 6-Game Guarantee. Bracket placement will be based on pool play finish. Sweetwater Complex Park Entry Fee: $6.00 **Metal cleats will NOT be allowed at Sweetwater Complex due to turf fields. Molded or plastic are highly recommended.** No gift exchange for the World Series. Teams will NOT be officially entered in the tournament until the following registration requirements are met: 1. Entry fee paid in full. 2. Minimum of 40 room nights with a Triple Crown Lodging Partner. 3. A completed Triple Crown digital roster. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
